Phil Predicts - 6 weeks

The folks in Pennsylvania at Gobbler's Knob, Punxsutawney- at groundhog.org
have declared or " decreed " 6 more weeks of winter.

Here in Duluth, Minnesota things were run a little differently.  That Ground Hog in Space,
- otherwise referred to  as NIMBY I ---- was adverse to venturing forth -
having previously decided -- he would show up when he was good and
ready, and then tell us how much time we have left of winter.  Which leaves
us in the poor situation of ---- what if he doesn't show up till spring.

This is the price we have to pay for encouraging card playing rodents in our
state.  It's a shame too since it's really the fault of the Canadian's and their
fancy beer, but the border is porous especially to ground hogs.

Nevertheless, we put up with it.  A few slices of pizza, and some random time
on the internet is really not too large a price to pay for harmony with the natural
world.  

And so we wait - patiently.

Maybe spring will come early in Pennsylvania ?
